Ford has followed the facelifted Fiesta supermini with a similarly updated version of its commercial car Fiesta Van variant. It’ll go on sale in the UK this autumn priced from £16,715 excluding VAT.
The Fiesta Van adopts the same visual makeover as passenger car versions of the Fiesta. The facelift includes a heavily revamped front end with a new bonnet design raising the height of the nose, and the repositioning of the Ford badge on a new look, larger and much more angular grille.

New LED headlights with an updated shape and lighting signature flank the updated nose, while the rest of the van’s makeover is subtle, amounting to revised tail lights with a darker tint, plus new black housings.

The Fiesta Van is based on the three-door version of the Fiesta supermini with the rear side windows replaced with a steel panel, and is available in two trim levels: trend and Sport.
Trend models arrive with 15-inch steel wheels and plastic wheel trims, while the sport model gets an ST-Line inspired bodykit, 17-inch alloy wheels and lowered sports suspension as standard. 18-inch alloys are available on the options list.
Inside, the rear bench is removed in favour of a grippy flat floor with four tie-down points and a full-height bulkhead separating the cabin from the load area, but a mesh grille enables rear visibility. maximum load length is 1,283mm with gross payload of 531kg.

All versions come with LED headlights as standard, with Matrix LED units optional. Ford’s SYNC 3 eight-inch infotainment unit with navigation and smartphone integration is available, as is a reversing camera, adaptive cruise control, and safety and support features such as rear cross traffic alert, active braking, lane keeping assist and pre-collision assist.
Ford has confirmed one engine for the new Fiesta Van. buyers will be provided the 123bhp version of the brand’s newest 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbocharged EcoBoost petrol engine with 48-volt mild hybrid assistance, linked to a six-speed manual gearbox.
The 48-volt system includes a belt-driven starter-generator system for engine-off coasting at speeds below 15mph – and Ford claims this engine can deliver up to 56.4mpg with CO2 emissions from 113g/km.
Prices for the new Fiesta Van start from £16,715 excluding VAT for the trend specification, while prices for the sport model open at £16,790.
