Citroen’s new e-Dispatch electric van is available to purchase now, with prices starting from £25,053 before VAT and topping out at £34,380.
The e-Dispatch is available in three wheelbases, three trim levels and two battery sizes. Unlike the e-Expert, Citroen’s providing is not available in a crew body style. The three wheelbases, known as XS, M, and XL, offer 4.6㎥, 5.3㎥ and 6.1㎥ of load space respectively – all identical to the combustion-engined versions.

Two battery options are available: the entry-level 50kWh unit delivers up to 148 miles of range, while the larger 75kWh battery promises 211 miles. Both are paired with a 134bhp and 260Nm motor driving the front wheels, allowing for a top speed of 80mph.

A 0-80 per cent charge through a 100kW rapid charger takes 30 minutes for 50kWh models and 45 minutes for the 75kWh vans. The e-Dispatch can carry up to 1,262kg, depending on configuration.
The entry level X trim costs £25,053 without VAT and is only available with the 50kWh battery and the M wheelbase. standard kit includes electric and heated door mirrors, air-conditioning, DAB radio, Bluetooth connectivity and cruise control.

The enterprise trim is available in XS and M wheelbases with the 50kWh battery, costing £25,450 and £26,150 (both before VAT). The 75kWh battery costs an extra £5,000 with the M wheelbase, while the 75kWh XL costs £32,050. Over the X’s standard equipment, the enterprise adds a seven-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a folding passenger seat which can fold up to store tall items in the footwell or fold down to turn the middle seat into a table.
The top spec e-Dispatch chauffeur is only available in M wheelbase and with the larger battery. This adds sat nav, all round parking sensors, a reversing camera, and a suite of safety tech to the features of the Enterprise.
